According to a contract they are required to sign, male workers may not have any contact with Israeli women - including prostitutes, a police spokesman, Rafi Yaffe, said. It is no different than the Saudis who don't allow alcoholic beverages, Christianity to be openly practiced, no Jews whatsoever, no books critical of islam, etc.
Many countries have such policies. One might not like them, but they are foreign countries, and entitled to set laws and regulations that encumber foreigners. Try to excerise gun ownership in Mexico.
But it IS different because China and Israel are allies. This No-sex contract is an obvious attempt at racial purity. It's not uncommon for Jews to want to stay loyal to their own. Nothing wrong with that, but the Israeli-American lobby is a great supporter of open borders in America. It's on the record and seems quite odd. It's also odd that Israel would force one of its allies to sign such a contract.
